I grew up with clams in my life as well – as my Grandfather was a Shrimp fisherman outside of Seattle, and we had plentiful clams, oysters, shrimp and more!

  2. Thank you very much for the link to my recipes, but I will point I haven’t changed my name to Beth, although it is quite a lovely name.

  3. I have enjoyed clam linguinie in Italian restaurants, but have never bought them to cook at home. They can make you very ill if you get a ‘bad’ one, so I leave it up to experienced chefs.
