The Culinary “Dirt” On French Cuisine – A Terrific Food Memoir From Lyon!

Bill Buford is a great writer: I have both of his previous books, and when I found his latest, released a few years back, I devoured it!

“Dirt” sees the Author move with his wife and two infant sons to the hear too French Gastronomy: Lyon!

He shares stories with the legendary Paul Bocuse, as well as forays into all kinds of French cooking – and reveals so much about the country’s somewhat controversial culinary history….the link is at the top of this story – worth checking out!
