Behold The “Floor Sandwich!” Funny Food Memes For Your Easter – Plus Recipes!

I laughed when I saw this – probably a gag but who knows? You see, food memes are all over social media, and I love them…I wanted to brighten your Easter with some of the funny ones I found – including this one just for today:

That’s why I don’t bake, by the way, but it looks pretty cute and the perfect day for it!

My “go to” Easter feast is this leg of lamb, served with a potato cake – you can see both recipes here:

And since we are discussing funny food, I came across a bunch of very funny food memes to brighten your Easter Sunday:

Food is funny, and as they say in show business: “Never Cut Funny!”

It’s also a family thing, and can create a special bond between loved ones – so this guy was happily surprised when he answered a simple question:

Strangely, that looks pretty darn good!

While some of you may be laughing at that, there are a few who never seem to appreciate some of the wacky food I share, like this:

These are some of the wacky Halloween items that people make to really turn their parties into macabre celebrations of that season!

See more of them here:

Food is a family thing…we learn so much from our elders – and for this person, they learned NEVER to let Grandma know you are hungry:

It’s well known that Grandmother’s never want you to leave hungry!

Stanley Tucci shared recipes from his Grandmother in his cookbook, and his Mom as well:

Tucci’s books are filled with stories of the food he learned to cook from his Mom and Grandmother…click here for the recipes:

Mom’s always have it hard: trying to convince their children to eat healthy in a “fast food” world:

McDonalds is part of our world’s food chain, thanks in part to ads like this one:

That’s a “pre-Seinfeld” Jason Alexander singing and dancing to promote the “McDLT!”

You can see the original ad here:

Time now for a funny meme about sandwiches:

Remember when I shared a very unique sandwich?

It’s a “Simit Pogaca!”

Yes, that’s the original title for what is called a “bread sandwich!”

See exactly how they make it and the cultural significance by clicking on my story here

Let me close with this one – a hilariously creative way to use one food to discuss another:

You can see what Krispy Kreme did with their doughnuts here – I’d try this in a second!
