Day #2 Of Cookbook Confidential Has Goulash!
Bravo to Bernadette and her “New Classic Recipe” website for allowing a number of us to cook from this cookbook:
This series gives us all a chance to discover new recipes, and to offer up our opinion as to whether a cookbook deserves a spot on your shelf!

Many years ago, we used to frequent a Polish restaurant in London that used to offer great Goulash. I looked it up and it is still open, well worth a visit next time you are in the UK, and they still serve the beef goulash! (Check out the menu from the main link)
