Yes, without a doubt the creation of the frozen TV dinner changed America forever. It certainly changed the way we ate…now you could bring a co-worker home for dinner without notifying the little lady, and everything would be OK…

So where did this technology begin? Guess what, it was all Birdseye’s idea! That’s right, there actually WAS a “Birdseye”, and food writer Mark Kurlansky has his story!
