Here’s A One Pot Chicken And Buttered Noodle Recipe – Thanks To Robin & Willow!

Here’s A Terrific “One Pot” Meal!

I love Robin’s website, always filled with great stories and recipes…here is a recent recipe she shared.

She wrote:

“This dish was inspired by a recipe from chef and writer Clare de Boer, who masterfully combines the best parts of roast chicken and buttered noodles into one perfect pot. It’s the kind of dish you’ll want to make over and over again—perfect for weeknights, lazy weekends, or even a meal prep situation. Plus, it’s freezer-friendly, giftable, and endlessly customizable. Make it your own, serve it your way, and enjoy every bite.”

The dish looks delicious, and it’s meant to be an easy but enjoyable meal…See Robin’s recipe here!

I love the concept of “one pot” meals: especially when they turnout like this:

One pot wonders are just that: only one pot to clean, and if the food plays well together, then why not?

Here’s another example using just veggies and grain…enjoy!

  1. Just the phrase ‘buttered noodles’ sets the stage!

  2. Thank you for an inviting meal hard to resist – and a new name to ‘look up’ and probably like 🙂 !

  3. you had me at buttered noodles

  4. The thought of buttered noodles is making my mouth water. Just as well I have fish and chips for dinner later. (In around 45 minutes) But this looks really delicious, John.

    Best wishes, Pete.
