Who Loves Bolognese?
Well, we all do of course, but Bernadette is trying a unique preparation, all part of the latest Cookbook Confidential series…
She cooked from the “Recipetin Eats Dinner” cookbook by Nagi Maehashi – as she begins her review:
I decided to make Nagi’s version of Bolognese Sauce since I have been making it for years, and her version is so radically different from how I prepare my own Sauce.
How different? Well, click here to see what she made and how it turned out!
I am taking part in this latest review series, and will be sharing my review soon, but here’s a tease:
Yes, I try to make Swedish meatballs “Ikea” style! Hey I also cook other things too – see an orzo with prawn recipe I cooked for the last series!
Thanks to Bernadette once again for putting the Cookbook Confidential review series together: it’s a great way to learn new dishes with unique ingredients like these!
Do you cook with Okra? Well, the Chefs at “Cook And Drink” did!
I was eager to read their review because Okra is a very rarely used food for me – click here to see what they thought of the recipe!
Here’s another of the dishes featured in this review series:
The week began with a delicious sweet potato mash – click here for that recipe and review:
I love taking part in this series – it’s how I learned to make this unique Indian dish:
Yes, they are “hard-boiled egg stuffed meatballs!”
