Tandoori’s Homemade Cafe celebrated National Food Day yesterday by sharing a terrific recipe for “Wine Brownies!”
I admit that I’m not a fan of desserts – and even more controversially, don’t really care for chocolate!
That said, how could I not share this terrific recipe because wine is involved!

I made this “Cassatedde” – which is a Sicilian Ricotta Pastry – and had lava wine!

Not a dessert fan either, but if there is chocolate involved, not to mention the wine, I’m there!
For whatever reason sweets aren’t my thing mostly, but I love how wine would probably bring down the sweetness and give it a bit of a pop! Thanks for the comment!
