Despite her busy schedule promoting her newly published book, “You Can Take The Girl From The Prairie,” Darlene still managed to find the time to whip up some delectable dishes from this cookbook – here’s her review and recipe for a “spicy with any veggie” soup!

I think all of the reviews for the “Oh She Glows” cookbook have a similar take: if you want healthy vegan food there are plenty of great recipes – but be careful when certain dishes call for “cashew cream” or other substitute for dairy or cheese, as they can be a acquired taste!
