“The Foodbeast Pickle Cookie is BACK!”
I opened my e-mailbox to that delightful headline – something very unique was coming back – that I never knew was ever here!
Look at this – a beautiful cookie with a bit of a raised center, right?
Well it is indeed – for a reason! As the announcement proclaimed:
“It’s more than just a cookie. It’s more than a pickle. It’s a lifestyle.“
Well, StuffedCookiesUS and Foodbeast teamed up again to give us this!
“The Pookie!”
Read that hilarious announcement – these two companies did a wild mashup and we are all the better for it! I love Foodbeast.com – and with the help of their friends at Stuffed Cookies – and their epic pickle partner Kaylin + Kaylin – Stuffed and Foodbeast brought me America’s next favorite food:
“The Foodbeast Pickle Cookie!”
Here’s how they describe this unique mashup:
“Stuffed with delicious dill pickle chips and peanut butter blondie, this cookie is wrapped in a vanilla brown butter dough and baked to perfection.”
But was it? That was for me to decide! Here is my taste test!
As I said in my video – it was truly delicious! A big chunk of surprisingly crispy pickle was wedged inside the cream goodness of vanilla brow butter cookie dough, warmed up gently for a few minutes to reveal this bite:
You want to know the truth? I cold have used more pickle – but I’m not a sweet guy – yet the combo was really terrific – a sweet and sour pop in every bite!

I love pickles and I love PB cookies so sense tells me I should love this but will I ? As they haven’t hit these sunny shores yet I’ll have to reserve judgement…Always something quirky here, John 🙂

pickles are kind of a magiclal food in their own category, that change up tastes of everything they touch. I’d try this
I’m okay with some cookies, and I love dill pickle. But I don’t think I am ready for both together just yet, John.

Hi John, I’m not sure I like pickles enough to want to eat them in cookies. It is a unique idea though.
