Here’s A Great “Salted Olive Crisps” Recipe! Chef Mimi Cooks Healthy – While I Deep Fry Oreos!

One reason I love social media is that I’ve been able to meet many others who share a passion for food – and it’s even better when they are as talented at it as Chef Mimi is!

Case in point: she shared a terrific recipe for “salted olive crisps!”

My wife and I buy crisp crackers like this – so why not make them myself?

Well, I’m going to do just that because Mimi shared the recipe for us all to do just that – click here for a step-by-step look at the process!

These sound delicious – and this way I know exactly what I am consuming, with no unnecessary additives…oh, and I knew “exactly what I was consuming” when I ate this:

  2. Hahahahahaha! Well, thanks! Fortunately, I don’t like much of anything sweet. I don’t even like normal Oreos. Yes, I’m serious. It’s not about my waistline. Cause I eat CHEESE! And most everything savory. Great post1

  4. Messing around with Oreos is not on my to-do list, but I am definitely on board with salted olive crisps. A fine accompaniment to a nice glass of red wine!
