Keeping It “Simple!”

Chef Bernadette, from the terrific website “New Classic Recipe”, has another installment of the Kitchen Confidential Cookbook Club!

As she writes:

It is my great pleasure to bring you another set of great cookbook reviews this week. This time, the Kitchen Confidential gang took on Ottolenghi. I am kicking off the week with Ottolenghi’s recipe for Sweet Potato Mash with Lime Salsa.

I am taking part in this review series of course, and Bernadette will be sharing my effort soon…I decided, however, to give you a bit of a tease – here is a video of a marinated feta cheese topping!
