I can think of other food combinations that I thought seemed odd, yet they turned out to be delicious. I’ll try just about anything once.

I’m sure you find people take breaks, travel, or have other things that take priority over blogging for them. Your content is always interesting, even though I’m not much of a cook. I wouldn’t take it personally. I do like to bake, so I’ll be on the lookout if you post something like that.
Sadly Pete, baking is something I am very bad at – I have difficulty following the exactness of it! That said, I did take part in the recent Chef Unity event and will be sharing the bread I baked!
