Healthy Halibut For The Holidays…

Before the year ends, I plan to remake this very healthy and delicious Halibut dish, because I want to end 2024 on a culinary high note!

Oh, but I also plan to do this:

Yes, it’s going to be a delicious end to 2024, as this was one of my favorite bites of the year and I wanted to share them all with you!

George Motz, who created a book and TV series that celebrated America’s hamburgers, opened his own diner on New York’s lower west side, and they make an incredible onion burger…watch how it is done:

A smashburger is a beautiful thing, but what about these incredible onion burgers that are SLOOOOOOWWWWW cooked like this:

The iconic White Manna in Hackensack New Jersey virtually coaxes the burger to completion and it’s a revelation!

It was a year when I took part in a number of “cookbook confidential” reviews, which led me to make a classic dish:

We all have a “guilty pleasure” – and mine is sharing food that isn’t guilty at all, just a pleasure to bite into!
