The terrific Cookbook Author and Blogger Carol has posted her latest entry in her “A – Z Of World Cuisine” series, focusing on the country of Jamaica!
Look at this Jerk Chicken! Want to make it? No problem, Carol shares a terrific recipe for the dish as well as a curried goat recipe as well!
Carol also give some nice history of the country and culture as well…see it all by clicking on her website here:
I share these because Carol’s love of food and culture is worth savoring, like this look at classic Hungarian food she shared as well:
My wife Alex and I went to Budapest once and had a blast exploring their incredible Market Hall!
That’s where she ordered the Hungarian Goulash – see it here!
Alex and I were in Jamaica once and had a great time..I have also highlighted Blanchard’s Table on the neighboring island of Anguilla…see a delicious “lime potato salad” recipe here:

You’re welcome. Ron made BBQed jerk pork!
YAY! I’m making it this week!
Fabulous! I love BBQed pork loin. It’s the best! Share your recipe.
I will do so! Pork is a dicey meat for me…I tend not to give it the time it needs to cook through toughness…but working on it this week and will share the results good or bad!
I heard the secret is in marinating overnight.
Thank you for that tip! I will do so!
Lovely, Colleen very nice 🙂 xx
Thanks so much, Carol. I’m happy. It’s my rice night! 🍚😂
