Food As Culinary Art – A “Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownie Crunch” Recipe!

Bernadette shared this beautiful looking “Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownie Crunch” recipe as a teaser to the upcoming Thanksgiving season – but she did it in a unique way – with art!

Bernadette had her friend paint this…as she noted:

“Tina Kemps is a highly regarded local artist with a strong presence in South Jersey and Philadelphia.”

So it’s a perfect blend of food and culinary art – and the recipe sounds delicious!

I love when food is treated as art – like this incredible plate of sushi:

You can see more of this culinary art – as well as some “undercover desserts” as well by clicking on my story here:

Of course, those who followed my “52 In 22” cooking challenge know that I made a dessert that was actually SUPPOSED to look like a birthday cake:

So why did I name it “Pisa” when my wife’s name is Alex?

Click here for the recipe to this amazing cake, and my colossal mistake then making it!

  1. Thanks, John for the shout out, Bernadette and Tina. Also, the Leaning Tower of Pisa Cake is a riot.

  2. This sounds like a winning combo
