“Deck The Halls” With – Peanut Butter And Jelly Ornaments?
OK,, it’s that time of year again, when I share some of the wildest holiday food ornaments that adorn my Christmas tree…and just how wacky?
Elvis! Cheeseburgers! Bacon! Sushi! Check Out Our “Food Tree”!
My blogging friend Darlene sent me a link to some cool new food ornaments, and it prompted me to share some of my favorite with you!
In our back room, we have a smaller artificial tree with white branches, and this one is filled with food and more!
It all began when my friend Steph found this ornament and immediately thought of me: bacon of course!
That led to a deluge in bacon ornaments – which of course I loved receiving!
More followed, and then people started to really shop for me!
Here’s a video, with musical accompaniment from Jeff Goldblum and his Mildred Schnitzer Orchestra, as I take a short tour of my tree!
Thanks to Jeff Goldblum and his Mildred Schnitzer Orchestra for the beautiful music!
Yes, I been receiving ornaments of all types of food: from bacon, it was an easy jump to an entire Parma Ham!
Bring On The Hanging Cheeseburgers!
From Bacon to Bacon Cheeseburgers…it was a natural food progression! My Sister-In-Law Lauren found a Cheeseburger ornament and the race was on to impress me – and did they ever!
I shared this on my regular blog, where I have posted the latest additions to my collection for the past few years…you can see even more of them by clicking on my story here:
here is nothing more joyful than putting on holiday music and decorating your tree – especially with a refreshing libation:

It’s also time to share cookie recipes – all as part of the annual cookie exchange that so many people take part in!

I told Bernadette that I don’t make cookies often, until unique circumstances allowed me to tackle these:

These corn cookies were due to a massive order mistake I made, which kept me cooking with corn for months!

Joh, you absolutely capture the prize for the most unique Christmas tree. I love themed trees. And, thank you again for the shout out.
Thanks for the comment! It’s fun and once people started getting them for me t became a large collection of food that squeezed out all the others!
Certainly an unusual collection!
Thank you…I never got so into them until friends began to send them to me! Bacon was a bit one for them to share!
