Celebrate The Holidays – With CLAM CANDY CANES?????????
Well, let’s get right to it…when I saw this photo, this went through my mind:
“SOMEONE HAS MADE “CLAMDY” CANES?!?!?!?! Count Me In!”
OK, you have guessed correctly that these “Clamdy Canes” are just the beginning…Because when I saw these I immediate thought:
“I WONDER WHAT OTHER DISGUSTING FLAVORS I CAN TRY!”
Well, here’s just the tip of the “wacky candy cane flavor” iceberg:
Behold Your “Candy Canes” Choices!
Well, what an assortment indeed! From Bacon to Wasabi to Gravy and Coal, there seem to be no limits to what flavor can show up in your holiday candy cane!
Who likes hot dogs?
I mean, is it the fact that candy canes are supposed to be sweet,, not savory?
I feel almost “retro” for having shared these “bacon candy canes” before:
Yes, they were a gift and I hung them proudly on my Christmas tree…but little did I know that I could have expanded this idea thusly:
“Ham”dy Canes!
You could call this hilariously named cane “bacon’s older brother” if you choose…and maybe they would taste fine, but honestly, nothing would taste as good as these:
“Mac ‘n’ Cheese” Candy Canes!
I mean, how can you argue with this? I would buy this in an instant – just as I would the following “flavored canes”:
Oreo candy canes? Sure! In fact, most of these sound interesting…well, except for this new addition to my list:
“Salmon Candy Canes” – just like the Clam-flavored ones, these are just a “bridge too far” for me – although I’d at least taste it! I guess they would be for someone who was “naughty, not nice” this year…or you can show your displeasure this way:
“Coal” Candy Canes? Bah Humbug!
This just seems wrong…but so do the “clam” canes…I found many of these at the website “Thrillist.com”.

I think any candy cane flavour that isn’t sweet is just wrong. However, you could have some fun dishing out pickle-flavour candy canes to kids! 😊

Someone got me bacon candy canes as a joke one year and it sent me down a rabbit hole…I think these are mostly sold online as gag gifts, and I used that word on purpose! Thanks for the comment!
